Great staff and location

Liked: Great size Villa and a decent size lap pool. Bed was very comfy and a great size bathroom.
Disliked: Needs a face life to be a 5 star rating, needs a re-paint. Also just a little more TLC for kitchen amenities. No wine glasses, champagne glasses and all glasses plastic?

Disliked: Small rooms, which were nice but did not represent good value for money. That said, it's not the hotel's fault. Broome's rates are what drives hotels' yield management

Liked: Continental breakfast was great.

All in all, we enjoyed...

Liked: The villa was very roomy and the pool was clean
Disliked: The villa was a little dirty, all the windows were smeared and some of the cutlery was dirty. There were no curtains on most of the windows

Disliked: Internet was a bit hit and miss and the bins were not easy to find- not where it was stated that they would be

Liked: We had a lovely stay, amazing facilities. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff
Disliked: Wifi didn't connect

Great location and very clean...

Liked: The room was very clean and daily serviced made it even better, location of the hotel was very good for us as we hired a car but not sure if didnt how we would get around. Breakfast was good for a continental as we were told and full breakfast available if you want to pay.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike here.
