What a gem the Pearl...

Liked: Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Hotel had little extras that were awesome such as wine happy hour, free chocolates and snacks. Great location!
Disliked: Nothing!

So close to perfection!!

Liked: Perfect location for going to plays!! Staff is wonderful and features are great!! Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance.!!
Disliked: Room is well appointed, but we found a pair of men's underwear in one of the closets!! Staff did arrive quickly to remove. My daughter slept in the pull-out bed, it was hard as a rock!!

Very close to Broadway and...

Liked: The location was great, and the staff was courteous. For NYC, the breakfast was good--no hot items, but what was provided (bagels, cereals, etc.) hit the spot. Coffee was hot and continuously available!
Disliked: The room was nice, but many of the plugs (to provide charging capability) were inoperative.

Wonderful location, clean room, friendly...

Liked: Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offered a good variety and was easily accessible.
Disliked: In room coffee maker didn't work. We told the hotel staff via text but never got it replaced. The shower in our room drained very slowly; approx 5" of water would collect during a normal shower.

Liked: 2 Queens, theater district, very friendly staff, decent size room compared to others in the area, shower and tub, large full-length mirror
Disliked: Closet is at most 15" wide so insufficient space to hang clothing and allow clothes to air since the door to the "closet" if left open has a light on. No complimentary water (they have a largish bottle available in the room for $8!). No plastic bags for the ice bucket. Superficial cleaning at best. 2 Queens in the theater district but $570 per night? No business center or computer for guest use. Keurig in room but very poor selection: 1 tea, 1 decaf and 2 really lousy coffee choices.

Excellent place as our family...

Liked: Location is excellent for attending Broadway shows, dining and other sightseeing. Guest room was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We felt very safe there.
Disliked: It would be nice to have more protein options for breakfast but that’s not a “don’t like”
