Clean hotel rooms but poor...

Liked: Clean rooms, convenient location. All we needed for 1 night.
Disliked: There is no signage at the property to clearly direct guests to reception or how to get in and out of the hotel. We were effectively locked in and when we escaped out the fire door, then had no way of getting back in. There was no door or swipe key anywhere around the building for access to the accommodation. When we eventually found a way in the manager was more annoyed we were inside the restaurant premises than he was bothered helping me to return my keys as there was no lock box downstairs to return them. After we checked in we went up to our room and the cleaner advised it wasn’t ready yet, which was fine and he was so friendly and polite about it. However reception need to improve their communication with the cleaning staff and guests to decrease all around confusion!

Overall it’s a nice hotel

Liked: Room is very clean.
Disliked: It would be nice if the room has two bedside tables and lamps. To have kettle, mugs, coffee, tea and sugar

Liked: Clean, large rooms. Has all the amenities.
Disliked: Access was a little complicated via lift or stairwell and then another hallway.
