Stayed 3 days during 'Memphis in May'. Within walking distance to everything. Great service, especially Kemp and Charles. Loved the ducks. Looking forward to returning.

Liked: Absolutely everything! The Duckmaster, Kennon, was so friendly and entertaining!

Disliked: The fact it was my daughter birthday and I paid for a super deluxe rm with a view and had to move at 12am to a reqular rm no refund are a free night nothing the supervisor was rude

Liked: The upgrade to the club floor for breakfast and happy everyday was very much worth it for my family
Disliked: Our bathroom was just a little smaller- but it wasn’t the end of the world. Biggest complaint would be there are no refrigerators

Disliked: Inability to use the elevator on several trips having to take stairs from the seventh floor with luggage. Being treated poorly by staff at the check in/out desk.
