Pleasant stay, not a luxury...

Liked: V central location, exceptionally quiet room, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Useful to be able to leave luggage on departure day.
Disliked: A premium price for a pleasant experience. For £300 a night we would have expected touches of luxury, a view and breakfast included. We were placed in a separate building so this stay felt like an air bnb at high-end hotel prices. The staff we encountered were competent but we did not experience the warmth and service previous reviewers describe.

Luxury stay in superb location

Liked: Excellent location, quiet & very comfortable. The air-conditioning was great to have in the room over the heat wave. Jacuzzi bath helped us to relax after a long day's outing walking around. Staff professional & friendly, excellent service. The breakfast was good & dinner from the adjoining steak house excellent.
Disliked: Everything was perfect, couldn't fault anything.

We had a nice stay

Liked: Staff and location were great for us. The jetted tub was a nice feature after walking all day and having such a soft bed.
Disliked: The bed was too soft and needs to be replaced.
