Liked: Really liked the room, and the old style. Was close to the place I went to go see the play. Room was clean, and the soap smelled nice. that's all
Disliked: Paid extra for view, but it is mostly a view of the LCBO parking lot, and there was an LCBO strike and the parking lot was empty. you're making me write a lot

Exceeded expectations.

Liked: Downtown location, spacious rooms, great staff, comfortable and the restaurant was very good so we didn’t have find somewhere else. The shuttle to the theatre was also a nice bonus.
Disliked: The only thing was the breakfast menu was a bit short on healthy options.
