Liked: The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.The required amenities were in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was in a dilapidated state, looking tired and old. Furniture was chipped. The carpets were stained. Vending machines were half empty.

Liked: The location was good. The price was good and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Didn’t realize that the hotel was still under renovation stage.

Liked: The location near the tram and close to Brunswick was good. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: This hotel is under major renovations. The shower head was broken and the bathroom tap was dripping loudly. There were large cracks in the hand basin. Dirty and damaged walls. Dirty towels. Dust everywhere. Mould on the window sills and throughout the bathroom. Noisy work during the day and no where on the booking did it say that they were renovating. Noisy students all night in the room next door.
