Disappointment

Liked: Only location
Disliked: Very bad cleanness,Under construction going on which hasn’t mentioned on booking.People smoking weeds on second floor sheeting area. I mentioned reception then no one connected to me again.Trucks started unloading stuff at 8:30am.This hotel rated 4stars but its definitely misleading.

Convenient to attend the Harry...

Liked: Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Room was located pool side. With broken boards outside no security cameras. Room was pretty average not overly clean. Have taken photos. The photos online looked a lot nicer than the room we got. I asked for a balcony…. Got a ground floor pool side.You pay a $50 security deposit…. Taking 5/7 business days to return to account. Tomorrow will be day 10 no money returned.
