Disliked: didn't like the first room as it only had a shower but we were moved the following day to a beautiful room with a lovely bath

The Parklands, great location, wonderful...

Liked: The staff, Kerri, Alana, and Alex worked very hard as a team to make our experience amazing. They knew our names and constantly addressed us by name and made everything was perfect. The chef cooked amazing meals throughout the day.
Disliked: Unfortunately there isn’t an elevator but Kerri took our suitcases up to our room while we were checking in and Alex assisted as we left..

Liked: A comfortable hotel close to Perth centre with good parking.
Disliked: Facilities were a little tired.

Liked: Good location for exploring Perth
Disliked: The hotel advertises itself as a four star, boutique hotel. It was neither. The room wasn’t clean (hair in the shower), no automatic daily housekeeping, having to order the breakfast the night before wasn’t ideal and the creaky floorboards made us feel very sorry for the guests on the floor below. All these things have been mentioned before in previous reviews.

Lovely hotel but…

Liked: The hotel is just out of the city centre with lovely views of the park. Our room was on the ground floor and fairly big and comfortable.Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room which was coming from the drains in the bathroom. The staff were aware of this which was strange. We thought at the least they could have offered us some compensation or free breakfast which we had paid extra for.
