Overall the stay was very...

Liked: Nice room, location and surroundings.
Disliked: Triple charged my credit card? Not sure why? Also, guests at 1am in morning talking loud right outside our room which we clearly had the do not disturb sign displayed.

Quiet, comfortable, and good location

Liked: The check-in process was very quick and easy which was a nice relief after traveling all the way from Australia and arriving at 9pm. Room was spacious, heating works well, and the lighting was nice. Bed was nice and comfortable. Was visiting my sister who lives in Parker, her and her husband have 4 young kids, so it was the perfect location to stay with just a quick 10 minute drive to her house.
Disliked: Probably a little bit more attention could be paid to cleanliness. Was a bit dusty, especially in the bathroom.

Disliked: Lots of parking and good shops & restaurants

Liked: Breakfast there consisted of coffee, tea and juice but there is an excellent breakfast restaurant next door.
Disliked: Parking was hard to find.

Liked: Staff was great. Room was very clean and quiet.

Liked: We didn’t have soap in the bathroom and the room did not look like it was completely cleaned before arrival (rumpled pillows, sandals under the table)
