Lovely staff food gardens and...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful food was good nice gardens and view from room plenty of free parking
Disliked: Bathroom space specifically toilet area if whoever designed the layout had sat on the toilet they'd understand

Excellent hotel fir visiting Peebles,...

Liked: Hotel very convenient both for walking into Peebles and also travelling to Edinburgh.

Perfect location, beautiful grounds, comfortable...

Liked: Great quite location but central to Peebles. Lovely room with great views. Requested a room at the back & decaf tea & coffee and everything was perfect.Staff were lovely & helpful.
Disliked: Nothing look forward to another visit

Very good

Liked: Great location, parking. The staff are very helpful and the bakery is definitely worth a visit great selection. Good breakfast cooked to order
Disliked: We stayed on a Friday night after going out for a lovely meal in Peebles we went back to the hotel to have a few drinks to find the bar closed at 2230 which was disappointing and very early on a Friday night in peak season.
