Disliked: I don't think there was anything that I didn't like. I would certainly consider staying again.

Comfortable and easy access to...

Liked: It was very close to the Main Street . There was a nice garden to enjoy your pre dinner drink.
Disliked: Nothing to not like about it.One small thing was the room we had ticked on booking.com was not available so we were given a different room which was smaller and had a side view not a view to the back hills. Though booking.com did give us the chance to cancel. We went ahead after speaking to a member of staff.

Good customer service and central...

Liked: Location was perfect and close to the town centre. The staff are good and resolved the issue with my room promptly. Luke Russell definitely deserves a special mention for his excellent customer service during our stay.
Disliked: Improvement in cleaning service of bathrooms.
