Disliked: The air conditioning was broken so I called a staff member to check it out. She agreed to change the room and said she would contact me later, but she didn't until the morning. The room was very hot and it was a terrible stay.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Nice bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff on duty. Young staff, but well organised and attentive.

Liked: It was pretty decent and clean the rooms are a bit stuffy on the nose because of no natural air flowing inside the rooms .
Disliked: The property was great love the location and the grounds of the property.

Liked: spacious but a little out dated !! yellow stains on mattress cover pull out bed !! hotel in general could do with a good clean!! the walls in the dining area had food stains on them !! Staff friendly apart from pool attendant.
