Disappointing.

Liked: Location was great and staff were lovely.
Disliked: We booked a discount on food in advance but then were told had to pay in full. Food was cold and some vegetables uncooked. Room was dusty and shower was filthy. Coffee machine dusty. Bedding torn. Duvet only covered one half of the two beds pushed together and inside one half no duvet just sheet. Two beds to make a double very uncomfortable. Not hoovered. Items under bed.

Very good

Liked: Comfortable and well-maintained hotel in a convenient location close to M56, but not within earshot.
Disliked: Attitude of breakfast staff member who directed us to a table. Neither juice nor decaffeinated coffee of good quality.
