Disliked: The fact my room booking was changed before my visit without them letting me know- changed from a double to a single room which I was furious about and the hotel was fully booked so I was stuck with a single room which I didn't book or want and I had nowhere else to stay.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Property is dated. Furnishings are old and falling apart. Lift did not work for the entire duration of the stay. For the condition of the property the room rates are high. More than willing to pay but the price should match the quality.

Good stay, nice staff

Liked: The spa was great, the room was big and the bed was comfy, the bath/shower was a bit random and took a while to get used to. But overall liked most things with this stay.
Disliked: A plate of food was left in our hallway with chicken on for the entire day, it's all i remember about the hotel now. We had no mugs, glasses or spoons etc in our room, we didn't realise till the morning when it was too late, bit of a let down to be honest.. small thing makes a big difference on your stay.
