Family wedding

Liked: Lovely spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds.The food in the bar area was very good. A nice area to sit outside and plenty of parking. We were attending a wedding at Hampton Court Golf course and were just a 10 minute drive away, so great location.

Good, close to everything and...

Liked: Close to amenities, Bushy Park and the train station. Good refurbishment, having stayed several times now.
Disliked: Bed was very hard, only a single pillow each and no tissues in the room. We stayed in a family room for the first time, bunk beds were lovely but no hand rail, so help was required to get the oldest down. Breakfast wasn’t taken as it was far too expensive for a family.

Excellent hotel brilliant location for...

Liked: Room was fab, everything was thought of. The room was much better than expected or the photos didn't do it justice.
Disliked: Could have had TV controls info in room.

If we were ever in...

Liked: Very good accommodation in the annexe. Very comfortable beds and as it was quite warm during our stay the air conditioning was very welcome.
Disliked: The windows needed cleaning both inside and out! There was quite a long wait for a cooked breakfast.

Dream location, ideal for families....

Liked: The room was ideal for our family of two adults and two children. There was a big double bed and bunk beds for the kids. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Location was superb, close to Teddington and its many cafes and restaurants, and just a short train ride from Richmond. Easy access via Uber to Heathrow airport. Staff were amazing and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. Highly, highly recommend!
Disliked: My only criticism was the shower curtain, which had seen better days.
