Disliked: No ground floor twins and no serviceable lift. However, stairs were easy.

Liked: The location, the building, the room, the breakfast and the staff
Disliked: The bathroom is the family bedroom is a little bit small (but very new and modern)

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay at The Park Hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful with any queries we had, could not fault it. The room we stayed in was a family room with plenty of space for what we needed. Hotel was easy to find and we were able to leave the car after checkout while we popped in to London. The room was fairly hot but the room had air conditioning which worked well and was quiet.
Disliked: Would have enjoyed an additional pillow
