Liked: The staff and how it was kept clean and to a decent standard
Disliked: Only things that got me was the breakfast asked for a soft poached egg it came out hard and portion size for the price. No staff followed up and asked how breakfast was just took payment and went about there duties. The noise coming from upstairs when walking around the room

Liked: Large comfortable bed, spacious room
Disliked: Floors were squeaky and could hear the guests above walking around. A later standard checkout at 12 would be better

Liked: Good location and very clean. Beds very comfy
Disliked: Room very hot and no way to turn down heat. Radiator was not on

Liked: The size of the room and bathroom plus the TV were great The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet all night
Disliked: The coffee machine was too difficult and time consuming as I would have preferred a simple kettle. I know the coffee pouches were specific to the machine but I was in a hurry

Liked: Didn't have breakfast,location was easy to find.
Disliked: Rooms were very warm even when heating turned off and would have led some bottled water on room as arrived late after a day travelling.
