Liked: View of tenby option yo use pool in heatwave attention and friendliness of staff.
Disliked: Steps, walk steep distance taxi cost 5 pound each way.

A lovely quiet hotel within...

Liked: Location, facilities, gardens, pool
Disliked: Room 307 was next to the lift which was noisy, beds were small and uncomfortable. No fridge in room. More less formal meal options for dinner would be welcome

Liked: The location is perfect for a peaceful break away, the staff are gorgeous.
Disliked: Our room (for the price ) was the smallest we’ve ever stayed in, the toilet was literally inches away from the bed, so was unbearably hot, but morning the window meant we were woken every morning by the early delivery vans reversing into the hotel entrance way

Liked: Beautiful hotel very clean and staff mostly lovely
Disliked: I am disabled and asked for ground floor or close to lift. We were given 2 nd floor room albeit next to lift but they were 8 steep steps out lift to the room!!

Weekend break

Liked: Staff are extremely accomodating, chatty, and friendly. They can't do enough for their guests.The food was delicious.Swimming pool clean. Grounds immaculate.Not too far away from the beach. Lovely views across Tenby from room.Lots going on and accessible for lots of beaches in the area. We will be returning

Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend...

Liked: Beautiful views of harbour from hotel grounds, lovely outdoor pool and great parking. Breakfast was all table service with seating plans. Very efficient, staff very professional, happy and eager to cater for your needs. Breakfast was very tasty, varied menu. Reception excellent and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Short walk 10-15 mins to centre of Tenby.
Disliked: Usually hotels provide biscuits with tea making facilities so a little surprised there were none at this hotel. We would have liked to dine at the hotel but the mains were a little too pricey for us. Great views with it being on a hill but the walk back up may not suit everyone.
