Returning visit

Liked: Excellent customer service, lovely, helpful staff!
Disliked: The room appeared dated for an upgraded executive room. Much preferred our previous stays as the standard rooms appeared more modern & a lot better! Both my husband and I weren't overly keen on the breakfast either.

I feel sorry for any...

Disliked: No acknowledgement of my complaint. I organised a special event this year and right from the start of booking the event last October there was a lack of communication. On the day my requirements were not met and don't get me started on all the parking fines my guests had!

Noisy night

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Booked an executive suite and unfortunately there was a wedding party with loud booming music below us until 12:30am. We called the reception and they moved us into a quieter smaller room, higher up. Still noisy with cars passing but a bit quieter so we could sleep.

Disliked: Check in and the deposit of £50 I asked could I check in earlier as I was going to a funeral but waste of time
