Disappointed at how old it...

Liked: Staff were excellent and it was well located
Disliked: It was just very tired looking in all areas and yet wasn’t cheap at all. The photos of a typical bedroom we noticed were of a room we walked past to check out. It was quite nice. Our room was not on the booking site and was not great.

Lovely little hotel in great...

Liked: The location is great for the Museums etc. Rooms are nice and large with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and plenty of tea and biscuits in room.
Disliked: I stayed twice here over two separate weeks. Both rooms were lovely, first time I stayed in a room on ground floor and although a great room a little noisy from outside as you are right on the path and the staff have their smokes outside. Second time I was 3rd floor and much quieter. Would definitely stay again though. Both were King Rooms.

Comfortable hotel rooms

Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff
Disliked: Lift wasn’t working and we were booked on the 4th floor, but they did find us one room at the back on the ground floor , which was great for a woman in her 70s. You had to find alternative eating options if you did not eat Malaysian food

Liked: Excellent location, several tube stations in walking distance, lots of shops and restaurants around , very friendly staff
Disliked: The lift was out of service, it was not very convenient

Superb

Liked: Great spot. Quiet. Sainsbury’s behind was handy. We largely ate and grabbed good quality coffee around Earls Court, but was also good around Gloucester Station. Easy to airport on the Piccadilly Line. Kind attentive staff. Excellent attention to detail on daily room service. Luggage storage was super helpful on the day we left.
Disliked: Broken lift.

Uncomfortable beds, tired hotel in...

Liked: The hotel is very tired and in desperate need of a renovation, TLC and new beds. The rear garden is all but abandoned and derelict. We were placed in the basement as the lift wasn’t working. Our room had a door to a courtyard. The handle was broken and the door did not lock … there were 2 other hotel doors to the courtyard which thankfully were locked. The beds in our room and our daughters room were literally rock hard with all their spring and bounce having fatigued
Disliked: Beds were awful
