Superb

Liked: My room was spotless and it ĥad everything I neeeded for a multiday stay. The staff were always very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.
Disliked: From my room (205) I could hear the underground trsins runnimg, some louder than others. Replacing the sash windows with double glazed windows would fix this problem, but if they are replaced, please make then openable for fresh air when needed.

Perfect Location. Staff very polite...

Liked: Clean comfortable base for our time in London. Would stay again.
Disliked: Just wish you were given more than 2 tea bags and 2 milks. Luckily my husband does not drink tea or use milk!
