Relaxing and a great find!

Liked: The room was lovely and spacious and the shower was a great size for a London hotel at the price. We have booked to go back in July!
Disliked: We didn’t realise you needed photo ID, so that was a pain when we arrived. Booking.com need to make that very clear and obvious rather than having it in the tiny print!!

Disappointing

Liked: Not a lot apart from location and the area being peacfull and quite.
Disliked: Where do you start.. My room was cold and sterile, the decor was from the last century, and it was crying out for a much needed lick of paint. Decent TV, but the bed was harder than the floor, and the pillows had rocks inside them. The bathroom was okay, but I could not get hot water to run from the sink at night, and it burnt me in the morning. The shower went from hot to cold, and both bath taps and shower seemed to work at the same time as pluming seemed to be a few decades old. And then there was breakfast or lack of it. I waited at the serving station for nearly 20 minutes waiting for hot food that never appeared. Even the reasturant manger came down in a flap, demanding to know what was going on. The only saving grace was the lovely staff. I won't go there again.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were lovely also! Room was big and spacious
Disliked: It was a little warm in the room, even with the air con on which made it a little uncomfortable. Window was also broken, but made a note of that with the staff and they were great.
