Passable

Liked: The location was good and close to Citi Field. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There is limited parking, maybe 8 spots for the entire hotel and they are first come, first serve. We had to park 1.5 blocks away in a parking lot by Target. The breakfast buffet was awful. The juices were empty the entire time we were there.

Won't be back.

Liked: Nice amount of space. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice.
Disliked: #1: It was a suite where the glass stove top in the kitchen area was cracked. #2: there was no dining table/chair - a place to eat. #3: There was no desk where you could work. #4: The kitchen was poorly furnished; I had to go out and buy some supplies myself. (which I left for the next tenant). I had expected a place I could use for an extended stay (long weekend).

Good option for last minute...

Liked: I stayed in the Deluxe room. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel was able to check me in at 1am in the morning. My flight was delayed so I had to find a hotel close to the Laguardia airport. The staff on duty at 1am was kind and helpful. Housekeeping was also great!
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't good. By 9am, all the pastries were finished. Only the congee was left and I took the last dumpling. It was yummy but that wasn't refilled.

Safe place to recover from...

Liked: It was an oasis after the madness of cancelled flight!
Disliked: Clean and quiet

Decent price, but we got...

Liked: Proximity to citi fields and Korean grocery stores, friendly hotel staff
Disliked: Breakfast minimal-no eggs, pillows lumpy, shower head broken, no dresser in room, very dark decor in hallways.

Disliked: Bathroom was not clean and fridge air and phone were all unplugged so fridge didn't keep anything cold.
