Never trust a hotel that...

Liked: Location wise is okay.
Disliked: I have received emails that my booking is cancelled as credit card is denied, whereas i have received confirmation that my payment is processed already. When i reach the property, they didn’t inform me about this issue. Even though the booking shows cancelled they have given me the room and charged again my card. Finally on checking my email, i went to reception again and then they confirmed that my card was indeed charged and now they are processing a refund which would come in 3 to 10 business days. I mean if payment was processed already they shouldn’t had mentioned that card is not updated and charge me again.
