Very good

Liked: The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The location is great for visiting museums and getting around (Earl's Court Station is maybe 5-10min walk away). The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately I left the window open and other guests (?) made an afterparty on their balcony and woke me up at 4 am. Bring earplugs, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Expect what you pay for...

Liked: Staff were friendly during check in, location near Earls Court was perfect for what we needed, shower was great.
Disliked: The room is super small, do not use if you have large luggage. The carpet is so threadbare that it causes you to trip up if it is darker in the corridor, the bed is tiny for 2 people and the whole place just needs a good deep clean/ renovation.

misleading

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room I was assigned was over 2 levels with the bed upstairs in a mezzanine area. But this area was only about 4 feet in height, so I was unable to stand and had to be stooped when in this area. The Bathroom was tiny and the shower had no pressure, only a dribble of water. Will not be staying here again.

I felt that they were...

Liked: Location was great and the room seemed clean.
Disliked: The staff were quite indifferent. The room was underground and incredibly small. It had a tiny open window by the door that I had to keep open all night, and unfortunately the electronic keyhole (that was also used to activate the lights) was right next to it, making it very easy for anyone from outside to take it and enter undetected while I was sleeping in the room. It's quite scary. I wasn't able to relax at all. The TV was not working properly.
