Excellent hotel

Liked: Great room in a stunning little town. Our room had a big looks like newly refurbished bathroom.We had a lovely meal at the on-site restaurant.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Excellent.

Liked: Good food, comfortable beds polite friendly staff. Good ambiance.
Disliked: Asked about non-slip mats in the bath. As we’re both over 80 falling is a distinct possibility. I was told that due to health and safety, mats in the bath are not allowed. Seems daft but there you are. ‘

Very enjoyable overnight stay

Liked: Breakfast good quality and filling. Location on Main Street of Edzell very helpful. Very good menu choice in restaurant . Very good food. Staff very helpful especially manager who stored our bicycles securely overnight.
Disliked: Nothing
