Liked: The staff both on Reception and at breakfast were so welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location close to all main sites. Raphael took time to welcome us and gave us helpful guidance to make the most of our stay of the main sites to see. He also made recommendations for restaurants and made the reservations for us. We had a superb meal on our first night. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and air conditioning worked well. The standard of decor throughout was high. Would recommend to others.

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional. Iggy and Alessandra were fabulous hosts. All staff were extremely helpful, particularly our night porter and Barman (Reubin)Location was superb. Rooms were "charming""Special breakfast juice" (Champagne) was a lovely treat

Liked: The hotel felt like a home, very elegant and yet cozy. All of the amenities were top line. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The service in the breakfast room was five star. And the food was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Liked: It was a charming boutique hotel well located for a conference, but also for access to all the attractions in Bruges. The breakfasts were particularly good, but the room was excellent too.

Liked: It was beautifully appointed, the staff were extremely helpful & attentive. The accommodations were immaculate, and comfortable. Short, easy walk to all the highlights. Breakfast makes you feel like royalty, an absolutely beautiful display.
