Amazing staff and beautiful property!!

Liked: I loved the rooms, the pool was so much fun with great music and the staff was AMAZING. They were ready for us as soon as we got there and let us check in early and check out late. They were so accommodating and caring, i didn't have to worry about anything during my stay. I will definitely be returning here the next time I'm in Palm Springs!

Ok - would not stay...

Liked: Easy location Free parking
Disliked: The staff charged our credit card after we had already paid via booking.com I had to phone twice to sort it out and wait 5 days for the charges to come off the credit card. There was also a pair of underwear under one of the beds from the previous guests, makes me think the rooms are not serviced properly.

Liked: Good location and 24 hour pool access.
Disliked: VERY thin walls - got to hear way more than I wanted to from room next door.Shower does not drain properly and water rushes onto floor when you open the door.TV and remote did not work.

Fantastic

Liked: Loved the style and layout of the place. So many things to do ! We loved the pool and the gym as well ! Very relaxing time it was out what we were looking for. Also the bar at the pool was amazing ! Staff was also very friendly ! Can’t wait to go back

A great place to relax
