Convenient Hotel

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The location was convenient to places to eat, grocery store and shopping. The view of lake in back was nice. The house keepers really do a great job. Daily room cleaning. They deserved the tip. Good jumping off point to tour other more busy, more crowded, and more expensive areas.
Disliked: The breakfast is unremarkable. Repetitive, often cold and not much to choose from. The pay washing machine was broken.

Will definitely be back.

Liked: Close to shopping and restaurants. Great and friendly staff. Clean room and surroundings. Room amenities. Welcoming and warm feeling just being there.
Disliked: Room smell was a bit musty.

Disliked: Rooms very old, not clean enough. Breakfast was below average. Cheap stuff served. Not many choices. Staff spoke hardly any English.

Liked: The location in the Palms at Town & Country Plaza was very central for our trip. Shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. Nice plaza to spend a day in.
Disliked: The hotel is a little outdated.
