Very enjoyable stay in this...

Liked: Very cute and well kept historical hotel. My room was updated and very clean . Pool and grounds very well maintained. Free breakfast was a plus. Would definitely stay here again .
Disliked: A little far of a walk to Duval St, but it is doable .

Was disappointed.

Liked: The integrity of the property.
Disliked: I was given a small corner room, 2nd floor. The room was blasted by the sun from noon on. The air conditioning was lacking. No elevator, the steps were steep, the area for breakfast was congested, especially the coffee station.
