Liked: Location is great. Love the pool area.
Disliked: The shower had long black hair everywhere, didn't look like it was cleaned. There was no lotion in the container. For the price to stay, I was disappointed.

Beautiful views and great location

Liked: Stunning view, beautiful beach, great pool. Beach and pool bar/food was great with super friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful, good soundproofing. Restaurant nice though overpriced.
Disliked: Unfortunately the beds are very small and the room isn’t much bigger than the beds. Made it tough to have space for a family of 4. Bathrooms very small, door hits the toilet. Breakfast was very expensive. We were sold a trip to the Everglades National Park that was actually to a holiday park instead… felt duped but the tour guide at the holiday park was great and really knowledgeable.

Superb

Extremely loud party music ruined...

Liked: On our last night there was a wedding party where the music was so loud/sound insulation was so poor that our hotel room was literally shaking from the volume. It sounded like there was a band playing a set in the room next door to us. I have never known anything like it. Not just a faint bass line. I’m talking noise so loud our children couldn’t sleep. We went to reception to talk to them and reception could barely hear what we were saying. We had to return the next morning after a terrible nights sleep where we were told the best they could do to compensate for the noise was -$250 on our bill. When we said this wasn’t satisfactory they said they would be in touch to try and reach a resolution. A week later, no contact. I cannot comprehend how a hotel can operate with a party with such volume with guests in the floors above. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels and I’ve never experienced anything so bad, sound wise, including party resorts. If you can’t trust the hotel to get that right and to follow up, I don’t think you should trust them with your vacation.
