Liked: Breakfast was great as well as the location of the hotel.
Disliked: Price, not explained at time of booking. Paid over $2800. For 4 night stay in a room that was very small, clogged bathroom sink drain, door hinges missing, room 1/2 cleaned each day. Front desk staff rude and not informative at all when asking questions.

Liked: The landscape was outstanding Some staff were extremely kind and helpful
Disliked: One room wasn’t ready I was supposed to be notified front desk and wasn’t. My other room the door wouldn’t lock had to be serviced leaving the room unlocked with our belongings in it. I complained to the manager on duty. I have yet to get a callback from her.

Liked: Good hotel, good location, beachfront and nice pool
Disliked: Food was horrible and expensive and rooms was absolutely small for a family of 4. It can´t fit a family of 4 at all

Liked: Loved the feel at the property. Very comfortable and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

A real treat.

Liked: Rooms were lovely and clean and very quiet. All the facilities were good and staff always polite and helpful. It’s not cheap but it was a real treat. We did the sunrise yoga class twice which was great. Really enjoyed the beach snacks and cocktails. Can’t wait to stay again in the future.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: I liked that it was on the beach and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: Way too expensive and very loud people in a room next to me. They were yelling and screaming and playing loud music all night.
