OK stay - wish we could have used the pool, complimetary drinks, valet parking.

Liked: Loved Rob Thomas and Matchbox 20. Best concert ever!
Disliked: Hotel stay and hidden fees. Everyone trying to make a buck.

Very good

Liked: The valet service.. the bathroom/ tub..the swimming pool.. house keeping was excellent and the rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and no access to a microwave .

Liked: I liked how clean it was and the modern layout, wasn’t old looking like some other hotels in same price range, and the price was reasonable
Disliked: No refrigerator and the one there was for paid beverage which is ridiculous, so they go out of their way to install some fancy refrigerator that charges you the second you take something out, but don’t even bother with a normal refrigerator every hotel has, and the ice machine didn’t work either so if you need to store food, good luck, not gonna happen

Liked: The room was nice and clean ..the view was nice .. I liked that the pool was clean .. tge staff was nice and the extra fold our sofa bed was nice .
Disliked: The bed in the master bedroom was trash .. it folded me and my husband into the very middle as we slept like a taco and was very uncomfortable.. we ended up sleeping in the floor

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. Great view of the strip. Good pricing for being in town. 24/7 McDonalds was convenient for work.
Disliked: I was surprised with unannounced, non-essential maintenance (wifi upgrades) during my stay. I had not made any complaints and this was something the hotel should have scheduled around bookings instead of imposing on a paying guest.It is not a 'normal' experience to return to your room after a long, hot day with 5-6 tech personnel dismantling your tv when you just want to shower and take a nap.Reception staff could only offer an heartfelt 'apology' and did not extend any sort of compensation, voucher, credit or anything at all for the inconvenience.More generally:Apart from the comfortable rooms and sleek hallways, nothing about the standard hotel experience feels luxurious like a 'resort'. You can't store restaurant leftovers in the mini fridge without incurring a fee, and not even the tea or Keurig coffee cups are complimentary. There's no quite lounge or reception area for hotel guests to chill out with AC unless you pay for the VIP room, or of course you want to gamble and drink. No food allowed in the outside pool area. Can't even get free tap water at the food court.Everything in the hotel is designed for you to spend time and money at the slot machines, beyond that there's honestly not much other appeal to the place.
