OK stay - wish we could have used the pool, complimetary drinks, valet parking.

Liked: Loved Rob Thomas and Matchbox 20. Best concert ever!
Disliked: Hotel stay and hidden fees. Everyone trying to make a buck.

Large rooms and great swimming...

Liked: Nice big room, bed comfortable, nice swimming pool and great staff (Paige at the front desk was exceptional sorting out things for us).
Disliked: No toilet paper in the holder and only one roll available. Not enough shower towels in the room for the 4 of us and no hand towels at all. No tissues. It almost seemed like someone was interrupted while preparing the room and never finished. The saving grace was when we went to the front desk to advice, Paige was extremely kind and helpful and handled it beautifully and made sure we got towels brought to our door within half an hour of requesting.

Liked: Front desk too slow and a very pleasant girl but we had booked 2 rooms adjacent and got after much fussing one on level 20 and one on level 30
Disliked: Been more efficient

Liked: The staff was so nice and helpful. Loved the pool area.

Bad service receptionist the manager...

Liked: The hotel is decent for the price , far from strips , mostly stay to know more of hotel in Vegas
Disliked: It my first time with Palms hotel , come at 4 pm , the room not even ready the manager name Lucie very rude and make wait 1 hour 30 minutes more for the room to get ready , very disappointed with the way she handled the situation , my first and last to stay at Palm

Disliked: The food at the all you can eat buffet gave me food poisoning. When placing a review all they said was, please come back and I'm sure it will be fine.
