OK stay - wish we could have used the pool, complimetary drinks, valet parking.

Liked: Loved Rob Thomas and Matchbox 20. Best concert ever!
Disliked: Hotel stay and hidden fees. Everyone trying to make a buck.

Liked: It's our second home when we're on vacation in Las Vegas. The only negative note is that when we stay more days we have to ask for the room to be cleaned. It's probably a policy of the structure, perhaps because in the suites the guests want to be in absolute privacy. However we are very happy, the staff is always very kind and always ready to help you with any need and request. See you in August. Thanks Palms

Short relaxing Vegas stay but...

Liked: Location is great. A bit away from the strip yet not too far. Their pool is great along w the Laguna bar..
Disliked: Nothing is included in the room prices that you see only. Not coffee not even complimentary bottles of water that is typical of hotels in this class
