Liked: Staff was helpful and kind. Resort is beautiful and in a great location. Accessibility to the Sphere was very easy.

Disliked: Waiting time to get room spoiled the evening. My daughter was tired and wanted to take rest before going to sphere and she slept. Was tired while coming back to hotel when ready . Could not utilize the room. Also had to walk in sun to sphere since the way from venetian was closed. Imagine not getting room and then walking in hot climate to spere.

Nice but will try another...

Liked: 3 of the rooms were in the same tower; the forth was in a different tower.
