Liked: Lovely hosts and staff. Breakfast was great. Amazing quirky building. Beach not too far. Set in a lovely valley on the edge of Exmoor.
Disliked: The room was very comfortable and well serviced, but near the kitchen extractor fan, which fired up around 8 am. a noisy drone and a whiff of cooking. The breakfast room was lovely, but halfway through eating, a cleaner started hoovering in an adjacent hallway, ruined the experience.

Wonderful stay and would definitely...

Liked: This B&B was excellent all round. The hosts and staff were lovely. The room was really good, pub/restaurant layout and grounds superb. The food was some of the best that I've had for a while (especially the Sunday carvery).
Disliked: My husband said that the only thing it would change would be to not put the bottles of ale in the fridge.

A lovely well presented place...

Liked: A beautiful building with lots of character and history. A good location.Lovely bedroom (Pink Room) very clean with lots of amenities very comfortable bed and bedding. Good selection of tea coffee and chocolate And lovely cookies..also bottled water. Lovely touches.
Disliked: N/a

Liked: A great historic building. Lots of character.
Disliked: It is in need of some love and a reasonable amount of work.Very old and tired and a strong smell of wet dog and damp.
