Lovely friendly proprietors. Lovely hospitality,...

Liked: The location was great. The bedroom was light and airy and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds. The terrace with views of the lough, charming. Tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Our bedroom wasn’t ensuite. However we did have a private bathroom next door, with bathrobes provided. There are ensuite bedrooms available at the property.

A delightful and relaxing place...

Liked: Amazing location right on the waters edge with beautiful views. Individual attention to guest's needs (Breakfast was scheduled late for me to get to work but I was accommodated). Freshly cooked breakfast friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Room would be a bit cramped for 3 people. Chair blocked access to wardrobe, not much space to work.Bathroom private and very clean and nice but on the corridor (not en-suite)

The place is a ripoff...

Disliked: Booking.com said breakfast was included. When I arrived at the accommodation, I was told the rate paid was not substantial with the booking. Breakfast would be charged extra. Also, the only room available was a triple room with two beds on booking.com. When I arrived, I was given a room with only one bed. It was not listed on the guesthouse nor booking.com. I paid extra for a room that I hadn't booked. The husband was not hospitable at all. He answered the door and said his wife wasn't home and it was her business. The house is on the main road so very noisy from the traffic. The floor wasn't swept.Water pressure wasn't great in the shower. Old fashioned tub so it could be difficult for older people.
