Very good

Liked: The staff were always on hand. Room 1 was lovely and ideal for me.
Disliked: Restaurant wasn't ready to open for breakfast. Not enough sockets in the room. Bedsheet only went across the bed. ..didn't tuck over the sides. Bar wasn't open when it said it was from 4pm and all in darkness at 6.

Not desirable for a stay...

Liked: Nothing if I could have found alternative I would have moved
Disliked: These photographs are of the room allocated to me. I complained about the safety aspect shrug of shoulders. The whole place was dirty handrails to stairs sticky and dirty I have more photos but cannot get them uploaded. I will be notifying the tourist information centre and Blackpool Borough council. Never stayed in such a unkept hotel in all my travels.

Lovely staff disappointed with the...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and pleasant
Disliked: The first room we were allocated was full of damp, wallpaper bubbling with water. The second room wasn’t damp but very cold as we were told we were the only guests so the heating couldn’t be put on. No breakfast and no entertainment as advertised however they did put music on the iPad through the speakers and open the bar. The hotel was clean in communal areas and the second room also clean.
