Bday weekend

Liked: It was very nice, clean and loved the rooftop patio. The Hostess was great!
Disliked: It was very close to the street...traffic was very loud, didn't like that the upstairs plumbing was located over our heads, very loud when flushing the toilet. And I like having parking closer.

Liked: The inn is immaculate, the staff is attentive and the breakfasts were awesome.
Disliked: Our room was lovely but very small. We were comfortable but felt a little cramped. Considering the rates, I expected a little more living space.

Liked: The Inn keeper was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the deck was excellent with a beautiful view of the water, boats and town. The location was perfect, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Nice place but for what...

Liked: Very clean and nice location.
Disliked: Building site next door so noisy by 8am. Parking is a 12 min walk away from the inn which is fine however you are lucky to get a space.. We arrived and the lot was full and had to sit and wait 30mins for someone to leave to get a space not ideal on a hot day. There was one choice at breakfast sadly it was not to our taste. The hot water was pouring out weak coffee so no option for a cup of tea either. The staff offered to microwave some water instead!
