Liked: The size of the rooms, the cleaning, the external patio, the overall structure was really good.
Disliked: The price wasn’t exactly the same at the beginning of the booking as they charge taxes after the reservation and more daily taxes at the arrival. So from an original price that was around €1200 before I booked, I spent €1400 at the time of payment + €130 at the arrival.

Liked: Rooms were "ready" for us when we got there. The staff seemed friendly, although it was clear the hotel was struggling with their AC, from other guests comments. Location was good for us going to the Armory Art fair.
Disliked: We had a problem with the ac in both our rooms. My mother's room seemed colder than mine when we first checked in, but started to fail in the middle of the night. She and my daughter woke up with the room at 85 degrees. My room was never really cold enough, but I dealt with it because the city was dealing with a heat wave. After first night the hotel agreed to switch us to one better room and my mother and daughter took my room. THey were never fully comfortable. The ladies at the front said they would comp me that room for that first night. I Never Got any refund.
