Loved Kirkwall

Liked: No service on rooms after arriving on Thursday had to ask for clean cups/towels on the Monday morning no food services on Sunday evening staff and breakfast were good but would not stay again
Disliked: Same as above

Ok location. Questionable in price...

Liked: Nice location, whisky choice. P
Disliked: Smelly room. Not clean in general. Bar was dark and smelly.

Perfect location and lovely hotel

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. From check in to breakfast we were given suggestions of places to visit and all service with a smile.

Liked: It is an older property very clean. There was a shortage of staff so service could have been better. Not open for lunch

Disappointing

Liked: The position in Kirklees of the hotel
Disliked: Too old hotel. The room is small, the bathroom is small, whiteout shower but with an adapted shower. 2 sinks with cold and hot water like in 50 years of the other century. WC does not work well. Advertise for a big breakfast: it was just a simple English breakfast with not a lot of choice. No cappuccino, no espresso, an orribile caffè.At the end: NOT APPROVED!
