Liked: Very friendly staff, easy to check in. Food great in restaurant.
Disliked: No hot water for morning shower!

Liked: Good location for travel to Calais, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Good sized clean room
Disliked: No one at reception on arrival, no bell, had to wait 10 minutes

Roadworks in Rouen a nightmare.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and informative.Cleanliness very good.
Disliked: No coffee making facilities in room. Mattress could be a better quality. Step in/out of bathroom hazardous.

Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The room size was small and the bathroom was tiny but very efficient. The parking was excellent.Overall stay was Very Good. We would definitely go back!

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The hotel was fairly modern and well kept. The bedroom was, surprisingly, large for a single booking. The restaurant had plenty of choices to eat, and the prices were fairly reasonable. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and well laid out.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Liked: Another excellent stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, a welcome drink at the bar and a well priced and enjoyable meal in the restaurant (open Mon-Thurs).
