Comfortable stay in nice area

Liked: Easy check in, clean and large rooms, parking was easy. Walking distance to nice shopping area. Is a little way out of Annecy but we knew that when booking.

Never again. Maximum one star...

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: This place is a throw back from buttons holiday camps. The whole place is dated and wants knocking down and starting again. The carpets in the room are filthy with numerous stains. You can hear everybody walking past your room on the walkway. In the afternoon of checking in I was chilling on the bed when an earwig came walking across the bed.

Disliked: The bathroom is old old .. some equipment broke.It might be a bit noisy a big road pass near of the hotel .

Disliked: Horrible The host the place everything was horrible They charged me after leaving in 2 days 330 euros without my permission and for nothing!!!! they said we didn’t pay the last night and more few days but we already paid by booking and also cash for the last night before leaving at 11 am there are cameras they can check but they don’t want to check and they stole my money I don’t recommend at all
