Liked: The hotel has a pleasant appearance and is overall fairly decent. We stayed in a family room, which, while on the smaller side, had enough space for a couple with a young child. The rooms appear to have been mildly renovated and were generally comfortable. The rooms were clean and overall the other spaces around the hotel were well maintained.
Disliked: The major downside was the lack of sound insulation. Noise from the neighboring room was particularly disruptive - our room would literally shake whenever the adjacent door was closed forcefully, which happened multiple times. Corridor noise was more manageable but still noticeable.Despite the noise issues, the hotel was otherwise acceptable for a short stay.

Liked: Restaurant and room. No smoking or vaping on the restaurant terrace was a big plus!
Disliked: Aircon in our room did not keep the room cool. We had to open a window at night for fresh cool air. Luckily the window could open and the area was quiet.

Great for families, not much...

Liked: Perfect Quality / Price. Staff is super friendly. Best to be enjoyed during a family trip.
Disliked: Many schools and kids are all around. It's definitely not an hôtel for a couple.

Liked: Staff in restaurant friendly and helpful
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facility in room directed to wrong elevator after booking in

Forget it if you want...

Liked: Reception staff are great
Disliked: Got there to be told the restaurant wasn’t available to be booked for two people as they’d hired the whole place out for a conference! But we could get finger food from the bar! Which consisted of a couple of chicken nuggets or a couple of fish fingers with either a plate of meats or a small serving of chips! Not what we wanted after a very long journey and nowhere else open! We won’t stay here again for this reason
