Exceeded expectations!!

Liked: This hotel was brilliant for our stay and wish we’d stayed another night! Bar had games and was so comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Lovely hotel. Great location, great facilities.
Disliked: There was heavy rain and the ceiling started to leak. There were not other rooms we were able to move to that could fit us all in. Would have liked better coffee facilities in the room and a fridge.

A lovely hotel near the...

Liked: When we booked this hotel, we didn´t appreciate that it was located near to a theme park but it looked nice, was a convenient stop on our road trip and had a carpark right outside the property. When we discovered who the hotel was basically geared at, we were a bit worried that it would be overrun with children and not at all suitable for us but we couldn't have been more wrong. Yes, there were a lot of children at the hotel but they were all well behaved and it didn´t bother us at all. The interior of the hotel was lovely and clean with contemporary decor. The pool was the added bonus. It was small and was quite full when we decided to go in but all we wanted to do was cool off so it was lovely and having a chilled beer poolside after a long drive was just perfect.Our room as spacious and had everything we needed. We had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant that evening and, all in all, we were so happy that we had booked this hotel.
Disliked: I can´t think of anything.

Good rooms but rude staff

Liked: It’s big, modern, has some entertainment for guests such as restaurant, bar, swimming pool, gaming room and gym
Disliked: Swimming pool small and over booked, could not fit in, their lifts were not working, at 10am a male cleaner entered my room while i was having a shower, staff at the restaurant and bar were rude, if you are not french they avoid you/don’t serve you, they also refused to speak in English, why do you work at a hotel if you don’t speak English? It’s the basic in a touristic hotel, was also overpriced

Liked: Location and food. Comfortable room for what we required.
Disliked: Check in stay were not the most welcoming or helpful.Bigger plates for breakfast - I understand why they do it but very frustrating.
