Very quiet at nighttime which...

Liked: Excellent location and tasty breakfast options. We were just a short walk from shops and restaurants and we used the underground parking which was simple and easy. Breakfast was a mixture of breads, cereals, cold meats, mini pastries, fruit and eggs. Juice was available (freshly squeezed orange or apple juice). It was exactly what we wanted and a perfect way to start the day. The bedroom was very quiet at night which guaranteed a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed.We asked for an iron on arrival which was given to us for the duration of the stay (we were attending a 2-day wedding). The communication was excellent - prompt and clear.
Disliked: I would have liked the option of a stronger coffee at breakfast. Whilst the location of the room meant it was very quiet at night, it was on the ground floor and just a couple of metres away from the window (which we had open due to the a/c not being efficient) people were smoking in the mornings.

Liked: Great receptionist, friendly and helpful and made an excellent recommendation of a restaurant for dinner.

Disliked: Overall not bad hotel.I was disappointed to learn at the reception closed early 22.00.I think 23.00 is a better to time.I had problems as the hotel was closed on my arrival around 22.15.Theres no way to contact anyone..Luckily arrived with my friends, who had been issued with door code.etc.
