Great location. Exceeded expectations and...

Liked: Room above a pub. Friendly staff at bar for check-in. Very quiet part of town being a few streets from the noise, but still only a very short walk into CBD. Awesome coffee a few doors down. Excellent value. Ample shared toilets and showers.

Convenient location, could do with...

Liked: Good location and friendly staff. Check in was very easy and room was clean. You get what you pay for. One of the bathrooms is really nicely refurbed.
Disliked: Bit run down and could do with some touch ups in various places, probably the nature of how old the building is. It has character but for me personally, it was a bit basic anda place to just rest your head. It did the job.

Disliked: Live music + loud pub until late. Maybe I should have realised but I didn’t when booking. This was a huge negative. No en suite, shared bathrooms were ok, shared shower had disgustingly sticky floor and dead cockroaches

Great accommodation for a father...

Liked: Great pub, good food, quiet afternoon 11pm. Only a short trip to NRL stadium.
Disliked: All good.
