Liked: The room was great, facilities excellent, staff very friendly, pizzas and salads delish and it was nearby to everything fab!

Liked: The price was great, Lily at check in great, facilities were clean and adequate.
Disliked: Television in room didn't work. No heating in room. Not enough bedding on bed and I was freezing all night. Could have used an extra blanket.

This place satisfied my needs

Liked: The pizza was excellent.
Disliked: You need a better after hours way of handling certain situations. On my last night, another hotel guest was forced to sleep in the hallway, as she had locked herself out of her room, and could not get someone to unlock it for her.

Liked: A proper pub stay in the burbs but close to everything and super friendly staff. Just like a hotel should be.
