Liked: Very cool and clean building, loved the rooftop view.

First class hotel with awful...

Liked: The location is terrific! The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I couldn’t get a receipt. They told me i’d get one from booking.com and i never got one. I have never had that excuse or gotten a bill from Booking. Drinks in plastic glasses in the lounge? Seriously? What an insult at those prices! Staff in the lounge/restaurant rude, unfriendly…made us sit in a specific area because they didn’t want to walk to a different table? Never heard of such a thing at a supposed high end restaurant! We are adults…not college kids who throw glasses. Except for location, this was a first-class disappointment.
