Liked: Size of room and bathroom.
Disliked: For the price paid, we would have expected much table service at breakfast. There was nobody in the dining room and we had to ask at reception. Our order was taken, food delivered and that was the the sum total of any staff visibility. There was no milk out for cereal, no condiments for cooked breakfast and we had to ask for a second pot of tea. Never asked if everything was satisfactory.Jacuzzi splashed everywhere.Toilet made loud noise when filling the cistern.No curtain on the bathroom which faced the road.

Liked: Over staying with a friend so wanted somewhere near her. The location was great, just 5 mins or less to train station. The breakfast was awful to say the least, unfortunately. However, I had read reviews, so I was not expecting much. I am a fruit and yohart person, so it wasn't for me.Other than that the staff were lovely, and the room was clean. The bathroom is tiny, but again ,I had read that, so I wasn't surprised. All in all, I didn't get any surprises and was happy with what I had.

Liked: Excellent bedroom with huge comfy bed, very good lounge area but very cramped bathroom. Ample parking and excellent outdoor seating,very pleasant and large bar and dining area.
Disliked: Breakfast very disappointing,orange juice and coffee not replenished,and staff seemed totally unaware that this was the case.Food was rather greasy.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and accommodating with our various requests. They were helpful and cheerful even when there was a lot happening.
Disliked: The water wasn't very hot, but manageable as the weather wasn't too cold. Also, it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Disliked: The breakfast menu was limited, and upon arriving to breakfast there is no permanent staff member located in the dining area meaning you’re left to wander and find what you need.
