Disappointing

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast
Disliked: My room had two exceptionally loud ac units … sounded like gunfire when they came on, came on at different times. It was like trying to sleep on a battle field. It was 90+ degrees outside, so there was no other option.

Exceptional

Liked: Always the most comfortable place to stay when we head to the airport. Very clean and new rooms. Great facilities. Delectable breakfast. Nice staff.

Liked: The decor and that the bedroom was a separate area from the TV lounge area

Excellent Location

Liked: Shuttle service was excellent. The drivers were very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious with good quality towels and showering products. The wine bar was super fabulous! Wish I could have used it!
Disliked: Light in lounge area was not working; very annoying to play around with a little screw to use the light. No pillows on couch there, couldn't sit back or relax. Shower wall was cracked and broken - didn't use it - just washed up. Room was very cold, 68 degrees and we set the temp higher over and over again but it never went beyond 68.
