For the event I was...

Liked: Location was excellent. Downstairs front of house and bar staff very friendly.
Disliked: Room wasn’t equipped with coat hangers or shower hat, sink took a while to drain. Measures put in place to limit noise from the upstairs restaurant from the bedrooms were not used so forget getting any sleep before 11.30- 12pm. Found the menu a bit limited.

Beautiful room in a lovely...

Liked: The hotel was in a lovely location only a 6 minute walk to Sloane Square tube station. The staff were lovely and so polite. We stayed in the Pimlico room and it was stunning. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean and tidy. The shower was lovely and the toiletries were lovely too.
Disliked: Honestly we loved everything, by far the best place we’ve stayed in London.

Wonderful place to stay in...

Liked: Lovely decor and friendly staff. Had a lovely feel to it. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Shower kind of threw water at you rather than showered you, no milk in room for tea/coffee (you had to go ask for it and I don’t think there was a phone in the room?) the breakfast on offer was a bit too Mediterranean themed and you kinda just want a bog standard sausage or bit of bacon after a heavy night not something fennelly or truffled or with rosemary but maybe that’s just me?

Disliked: Room very cramped and no air con, so became very hot. Tv not connected to wifi so could not watch that and missing lightbulb in bathroom that wasn’t replaced on request
